The Pro Tecta Tub Kit comes in 2 pieces. How is it cut?
One piece covers the horizontal surfaces above the bathing well and the apron. The four corners are cut on the other piece so that it can be pushed into the bathing well. A minimal amount of trimming may be required and the seams should be taped with Duct Tape.
How thick are the Pro Tecta products?
The overall thickness is 1/8" which is made up of a 30 mil. durable plastic laminated to a closed cell foam backing.
Can you cut the Pro Tecta products?
Pro Tecta products can be cut with a utility knife. However, care should be taken not to damage the surface you are trying to protect!
Does the Pro Tecta Tub Kit fit all tubs?
The Pro Tecta tub kit fits ONLY standard 5' tubs. It also fits a right or left-hand drain.
Can you use the Pro Tecta Tub Kit on whirlpools?
Pro Tecta tub kit can be used on whirlpools only if it is a standard 5' tub/whirlpool. It also fits a right or left-hand drain.
